Forms and Permits

Permits can be mailed or dropped off at either our office or Kraft Municipal Group, along with a check or money order, made payable to Richmond Township.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  

**All permit applications must be submitted with either a $50.00 (residential) or $150.00 (commercial) - NON-REFUNDABLE application fee.  These fees will be deducted from the total amount due at the time the permit is approved and processed.

Once your permit has been approved, you will be contacted by the Township Office for pick-up during our normal business hours.
